![]() The only place I can copy them to now is an existing folder on the 2007 profile. I need to get these appointments "copied out" into a file that I can open on a different Outlook profile. On the old profile, I have switched the calendar to "list" view and I have selected numerous appointments. So for their calendars, I am trying to follow the steps you've described but am confused about a few things. However, I understand that this will cause problems with existing meetings and invitation as you've described. Then I will create a new outlook profile which connects to the 2010 exchange server. ![]() Both servers are Hosted Exchange vendors, so I don't have backend access. All users are using Outlook 2010, Win 7 Pro. I am preparing to switch several users from an Exchange 2007 server to an Exchange 2010 server. Note 2: As long as you have the meeting open, you can also directly copy and paste the To line and use this for step 3 instead to guarantee that the addresses will be resolved correctly.Hi Diane, thanks for the helpful article. Note 1: To see who has and who hasn’t responded to a meeting request yet, open the meeting from your Calendar by double clicking on it and selecting the Tracking button or tab. Remove the addresses of the people that you do not wish to send a reminder to and type reminder text.Ĭopy the addresses from the original invite to quickly readdress the message.Since they are separated by a semicolon ( ) already, they should resolve directly to the correct addresses if you only see names there. To quickly address this message, copy and paste the To string from the quoted message body. This will create a new message with the calendar details directly under the message header and the recipients will receive it as a meeting request item. Later click Appointment to go back to the previous meeting screen. And choose Resource to those who will be BCC’d. You should specify Optional Attendee to the recipients who will be CC’d. You can find the Forward button on the Meeting tab in the Actions group. Meeting 'Send Update' No Longer Prompts to Send Updates to Everyone or only Added Users Up until recently, when I added an additional user to a meeting invite that others had already received, I'd be prompted if I wanted to send notification/update to everyone or just the newly added people. In the next screen, you can locate the All Attendees list. Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016.You can find the Forward button in the Actions menu. ![]()
